Qurutu maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscription payments. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, for any subscription tier or payment method.

We strongly encourage you to use our Free Plan to fully evaluate Qurutu before subscribing — no credit card required. The free plan includes 5 documents per month, 10 captures per day, and community support.

Contact support with any questions before purchasing.

• Cancel anytime to prevent future charges
• Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period
• Content saved to Google Docs remains yours after cancellation

We will correct any duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions promptly. For significant technical issues, contact us — we may offer account credits or service extensions at our discretion. These are not refunds.
